MASSAGE / FACIAL VIP

Membership Agreement

The monthly payment for the Massage/Facial VIP membership will be $109 or paid in full at $1308 and it will be charged to the credit card provided. If billed monthly in the amount of $109, payments will be charged on the 1st of each month until the end of the membership. The single benefit purchased each month will be valid and redeemable until the last day of each corresponding month. If purchased in full at $1308, the twelve benefits will be applied once a month for twelve months and will be valid and redeemable until the last day of each month.

Membership Benefits

  • One 60-min Tropical Escape Massage OR one 60-min Custom Facial per month

  • 20% off additional regularly- priced spa services (excluding wax)

  • 10% off retail products

  • Complimentary use of infrared sauna

  • Complimentary glass of wine

Membership Restrictions

  • The member benefits, service discounts, and retail discounts may only be used by the member stated above and may not be shared with friends or family.

  • May not be combined with any other promotional offer.

  • Missed services do not roll over to the next month. 

  • The membership must be ACTIVE (not expired) in order to use the benefits and discounts.

  • If the credit card declines when taking a monthly payment, the membership will not be active until the scheduled payment goes through for the corresponding month. No benefits will be available until payment is received.

  • In the event of canceling the membership, all benefits will expire on the last day of the month it was canceled.

Terms and Conditions

  • Must be at least 18 years old. 

  • Must always have an up-to-date credit card on file.

  • The monthly payment will be charged month-to-month until the end of the membership.

  • Accounts may be frozen only once for up to 3 consecutive months within each membership.

  • The membership is non transferrable and can only be used by the member. 

  • TRUCE spa will not issue refunds for unused services.

  • TRUCE spa reserves the right to change the monthly price and/or change the monthly benefits on a periodic basis. TRUCE spa will give the member at least 30 days’ notice of any changes in writing.

  • TRUCE spa reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time due to conduct WE deem inappropriate. As a result, TRUCE spa will not give refunds for services not used. 

  • TRUCE spa will cancel memberships for, but not limited to, the following reasons: 

  • Member knowingly provided false information when applying for the membership

  • Member commits a serious breach of this agreement

  • Member has not paid for membership for 3 consecutive months

  • Member owes TRUCE spa payments for previous services

  • TRUCE spa reserves the right to close the facility for private events with or without notice.

  • TRUCE spa reserves the right to close the spa or modify the hours with or without notice.

Reservations

TRUCE Spa accepts reservations three months in advance. Subject to availability, TRUCE Spa offers services before and after hours (additional charges apply). Complimentary beverage service is offered while experiencing TRUCE.

Spa Payment

Both registered and non-registered hotel guests are welcome. All major credit cards, cash, and gift certificates purchased through TRUCE Spa are accepted. Gratuities are not included in menu pricing.

Parking

Parking is available in Lincoln Square. Elevators from the fourth or fifth level go directly to Westin Bellevue lobby. Hotel elevators will transfer you to the fourth floor where the spa is located.
