Referral Program Terms & Conditions

• The $10 discount is available for use on services scheduled on Monday - Thursday totaling $100 or more.

• The referral code must be added to the new guest's profile during profile creation. Otherwise neither party can claim benefits.

• Guests can redeem referral rewards while booking an appointment or during payment online as a coupon code.

• A referrer’s code becomes valid only after the referee guest’s invoice is closed.

• For referrers who refer multiple people, each successful referral creates a separate entry in their Referral History tab. Each entry shows the award status (Unused, Processing, or Used), award issue date, and referral details. This means if they refer multiple guests who complete services, they’ll see multiple referral rewards available for redemption on future appointments.
